I had roofers up on my Victoria inner city terrace. Whilst they were there and had installed ladders on my high peaked roof for access, I thought I should check my antenna on the chimney. I only view free to air channels and these had been playing up over the last year. I was constantly having to auto scan and on a clear day received channel 9 and cloudy day SBS, no Channel 2 (but that was OK). I found Accent Antenna via google search in my local area. I called and spoke to Dennis who answered the phone promptly. He said no-one in the area but in a couple of hours someone could come and check my concerns Free of Charge. Within 2-hours the convivial Dillon arrived. I told him my issues including being blocked by a couple of tall buildings. After managing to get up onto the roof and check signals there was no power to my antenna/booster and they needed to be replaced. Nothing was easy - so, after 4-hours I needed meters of new cable, new amp, and replacement splitter (embarrassingly rusted) where the cable comes into the house on the ground floor. In my area there are x3 overlapping signals. My antenna was set to North Head. Dillon checked my TV and re-set manually (tip - do not use auto scan if you are in an overlapping area – it confuses the TV). I had to call Dillon the next day as the SBS signal quality was dropping from 100 down to 49 and pixilating. He came back within the hour and decided to change the position of the antenna/mount and tune into another signal. I can highly recommend Accent Antennas for good service, good problem solving and respectful chaps.

Best service I have ever had, from anyone! Rang in the morning just to enquire about Ch 9 pixelating. Denis advised he could have someone check it out in the next hour or so (no obligation quote). 5 minutes later, received a call from Dylan at AA. Dylan arrived at the time provided, confirmed it was the antenna and explained the reason why it wasn't working (20 years old!), then replaced it then and there at a very reasonable price. Picture is now perfect. Couldn't be happier. Worth the phone call!

Dylan arrived within 2 hrs and provided a reasonable quote. He started immediately and got the job done - nice compact antenna for my TV. He even assisted to find my 3rd connection which was in the garage (besides the other 2 in the rooftop). Hard to find such prompt and gd service nowadays!

I had been searching for a local contractor to replace a TV antenna at my elderly Mum’s house for a couple of months, after her reception gradually deteriorated to almost nothing as the old antenna slowly fell apart. Needless to say, I was continually faced with impersonal, often rude, call centre “script readers” who promised to world and delivered nothing. In the end I gave up, thinking I’d attack the problem myself. This morning, in one final search of the internet, I found a review for “Accent Antennas” and thought I’d drop them a message via their website. Within an hour I had a call from “Dennis” who immediately impressed me as a professional who knew “his stuff”..I explained the situation and Dennis immediately indicated that he could have a technician on site this afternoon!! There was no “up selling” no pressure and the price he quoted was far less that EVERY OTHER quote I’d ever been given. Less than two hours later, “Dillan” the technician was at my elderly Mum’s house. He immediately assessed the situation and identified the problem. A new “AUSTRALIAN MADE” digital antenna was installed and reception is now better than ever. Dillan was very punctual, arriving at exactly at the time he had stated in his earlier telephone call to confirm the appointment. He was polite and very professional, going about his work quickly and without fuss. The cost was exactly as indicated in my initial conversation with Dennis and it was SIGNIFICANTLY lower than anything the other so called “experts” had quoted. I recommend Accent Antennas in the strongest possible terms. Professional and helpful people supplying quality “Australian Made” products. Give the big call centres a miss and call these guys. You won’t be disappointed.

Gavin really knew his stuff and had the challenge of a northern beaches valley sorted after a great deal of technical analysis. I wish all trades were as responsive, efficient and customer focussed as Accent Antennas. Very satisfied with the service and end result. Definitely worth the 5 star rating.

I have to say, I’m gobsmacked with your service. I entered the info in your quote request area on your website early afternoon, you called back within 2mins, Dylan was here within an hour or so and the job was complete by 4.20pm. Also, Dylan was very professional and easy to communicate with.

We moved house and needed another antenna outlet point in our new place as well as some advice on a wall bracket. We have had antenna issues for 33 years and many antenna companies who have all failed to solve the problem. The technician Dylan immediately spotted the main problem, an old analogue amplifier which was picking up 4G and 5G mobile phone interference. He also found that there was an intermittent problem with the VHF antenna, which he replaced. Since then, the signal strength has been excellent.

At last an Antenna company that delivers! I highly recommend this team, got a challenging job done where others had just come and gone.Thanks to Dylan for his perserverence and knowledge to replace the old antenna, run new cable and get Foxtel/FTA working at all three points. Great job.
